Dylan is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine with a bachelors degree in Exercise science and an associates degree as a Fitness specialist. Dylan approaches training with the use of corrective exercise, strength training and fundamentals of kinesiology. Dylan previous experience as an exercise specialist in a physical therapy setting along with his education of special populations qualifies him to work with clients dealing with a plethora of injuries.
Caroline, Trainer
Caroline has been a top personal trainer at Browning’s Fitness for three years now. As a former D1 college athlete. Fitness has always been on the forefront of her life. Caroline’s primary goal is to help others feel their most confident through fitness. Every single workout is tailored to you and your specific goals. Whether it’s 5am or 8pm she will be there with a smile, pushing you to work harder than you knew you could!
Asha, Trainer
Asha Jenkins, a seasoned fitness trainer from New York City, has dedicated over 20 years to transforming lives through health and wellness. Certified in personal training, nutrition, and group fitness instruction, she emphasizes physical, mental, and emotional well-being in her holistic approach.
Fostering a supportive experience, Asha helps clients of all levels thrive. With boundless energy and unwavering dedication, she inspires others on their journey to wellness, one step at a time.
Angelo, Trainer
Angelo Rodriguez has been a personal trainer for more than 25 years and a member of the Brownings Fitness team for 7 years.
He has a strong background in boxing, gymnastics, and dance. Angelo specializes in strength & conditioning, sports specific, and correctional exercises.

Carol, Hamptons Trainer
Carol Scott has been an influencer and force in the fitness industry for decades. She is an international presenter, motivational speaker and consultant. As CEO of Conscious Body Consulting, she has worked with countless companies including Hyatt Hotels, Gatorade, Nike, Soul Cycle, Peloton, and the mainstream media.
She is the former C.E.O. President and founder of ECA World Fitness Alliance, an international association for the advancement of fitness professionals.
Carol was the former National Director of Group Fitness for Equinox Fitness Clubs and was awarded Program Director of the Year from the fitness organization IDEA. Carol has appeared in many publications including Fitness, Self, voga journal and New York Times. She has been featured on network television including CBS, NBC and Fox. She is a continuing education provider and certified by ACE and has a B.S.E. in Physical Education.
It has been Carol’s mission to use fitness as a platform for individual growth and empowerment and to inspire individuals towards greater conscious awareness, acceptance and fulfillment.
Leigh, Hamptons Trainer
Certified in Personal Training and Group Fitness, Leigh is one of our top Southampton trainers.
Leigh is an osteoporosis specialist and certified with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's patients. Leigh’s classic style of training focuses on circuits and class strength training. She has specialized with the 65+ market for the last 25 years.
John, Hamptons Trainer
John Mondo is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach dedicated to providing personalized training plans that take his client’s schedules, goals, preferences, limitations, and experience in mind.
John has been a high level athlete his whole life. He became a coach in 2015 and has worked with 100’s of clients, men, women and children — both one-on-one and in a group setting helping them to lose fat, gain muscle, move faster and lift heavier.
John's coaching process focuses on strengthening your imbalances and ensuring that each workout is productive and aligns with your health and fitness goals.
Hakim, Trainer
Hakim is an ISSA-certified personal trainer with a strong background in DNA-based fitness. Specializing in personalized fitness programs, bootcamp-style training, boxing, and strength and conditioning coaching, Hakim has extensive experience leading group training sessions and managing athletic conditioning for all athletes, derived from his time spent as a Head Coach for Track & Field.
His disciplined approach is rooted in his expertise gained while serving in the United States Marine Corps Service. Emphasizing the Visualization Mind Connection to Fitness, he enables clients to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. Believing that prioritizing your health each day is wealth, Hakim's dedication to continuous improvement is evident in his quest to further his research in the field of DNA based Fitness, and Overall Health Performance.
Paul, Trainer
Paul has 9 years of experience as a personal trainer and teaching boot camps, holding a NCCPT training certification and pre and post-natal certification.
His goal is to help people get fit and healthy for their own well-being. Paul’s background comes from bodybuilding and martial arts, he also has a strong belief that when you are at your best physically everything around you flows.
Together with Paul you will approach the work not as a difficult or hard task, but as an enjoyable physical challenge.
