In addition to strength training, Mary Ann specializes in nutritional counseling — working with clients one-on-one with custom nutritional plans that are sustainable for life. She has had incredible success with her clients, many who've lost over 20 pounds in two months and kept it off for 20 years!

Mary Ann’s clients get amazing results, because once you’re her client she's with you every step of the way. There are options that will allow her to be accessible to you 24/7.

Helping you shop for groceries, reviewing menus for restaurants - letting you know what you should order, guiding every item you eat or drink to get results. Every meal will be customized based on your goals. She can come to your home and go through every item in the pantry. If you are traveling, she can arrange for you to have a scale in your room or to have the mini bar cleared out.

She checks in every single day and helps make changes and recommendations for best results. Mary Ann also advises your exercise when you travel and can suggest trainers or workouts for you depending where you are.

NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS

  • Tier 3 - Eight-Week Program

    • Almost 24/7 text call or email service. This component is important as it allows Mary Ann to customize your plan meal by meal. This will also teach you how to plan your meals on your own once you've reached your goal.

    • Reviewing menus to send you options. She can all the restaurant ahead if requested.

    • Offers on going check-in’s and maintenance planning

    • Meeting with your chef and or arranging her own who delivers customized meals to your home, office, and anywhere in the city or Southampton.

    • She will send groceries as well as work with your staff for shopping and cooking If needed.

    • She'll come to your home or office and empty and restock the cupboards to set you up for success. (Will do virtually if not local)

    • Speak/meet with you as regularly as you need (or virtually)

    • Can train you and/or guide your trainer if you have one

    • When you travel, she will connect with your hotel as needed

  • Tier 2 - Five-Week Program

    • Twice a day check-in’s

    • Once per week grocery shop if needed for the first month

    • Reviewing of menus and meal planning for the following day

    • Planning done in advance the day or night before, rather than day of as Tier 3

  • Tier 1 - Four-week program

    • Guided meal plan customized to you

    • Reviewing of menus can be requested in advance (ex. need to send 24 hours prior to meal)

    • One check in per day from Mary Ann in the evening to discuss your eating and make adjustments for the following day
