What to do during the holiday season?

The most important thing to remember is to keep your workouts going through the holidays. I like to work the hardest in the winter, that way when spring break comes your bikini body is already in the making and by the time you start summer your body looks amazing. Start putting in the work now and when January comes join us at Brownings Fitness for our Annual New Years Challenge. 
There is so much food to enjoy during the holidays so you have to work even harder to burn the calories. Try to do cardio 4-5 times a week. Move move move! Get your BrowningMETHOD sessions in at least three times a week. Working with a BrowningMETHOD trainer is your best bet. You don’t want to be doing easy workouts just to get by. We will push you to make sure you’re getting a great workout and keep you motivated to stay focused. You can make this the best holiday season ever, not only enjoying food without the guilt, but by keeping motivated to eat balanced and exercise hard so you will start 2015 feeling fantastic.
