Matt is certified by the NSCA and has worked as a personal trainer for over nine years leading intense boot camps and training clients of all ages and abilities. He has competed in natural fitness competitions and is currently pursuing his MFA at Hunter College.

She is NASM-certified as a personal trainer and has specialized in youth and adult sports conditioning, weight loss, and toning. Born in Serbia, she is fluent in English, Serbian and Romanian.

    A professional dancer for 20 years, Freeze’s credits include the movie “Dirty Dancing” and the Broadway production of Matthew Bourne’s “Swan Lake”. Freeze received his BFA from North Carolina School of the Arts and is currently working on his post-baccalaureate pre-med course work at Hunter College. Having begun teaching Pilates in 1995, certified in the Stott Pilates method, he is considered nationally and internationally a Master Pilates teacher.

    Freeze is certified in pre/post natal exercise and is working on a certification in Osteopathy. Freeze is routinely invited to perform and teach both Pilates and dance at such major universities as Beloit, Hofstra, Drew University, University of Nebraska Lincoln, Dublin Dance Festival, UCAL San Diego and Steps on Broadway. He trains dancers from NY City Ballet, Alvin Ailey Dance, Broadway and the Peter Goss Company in Paris.
