Three Months

I always set goals for a five year plan, but I wait till the last minute to make any changes.

Recently in a course I am doing, they suggested asking yourself what you want your life to look like in three months; and not waiting until the last minute to start working at it.

Each day, do something towards that goal. Of course, for your health and fitness it works well, but even for your personal goals, you should give it a try.

Maybe you want educate yourself in art somehow? Go to museums, reads books on art, visit a gallery, listen to a lecture online. It’s amazing how thinking this way really helps!

Write down how you want to be, and start it now. Book your sessions ahead,
plan your extra steps with a friend, even once a week. Take a bike tour or a walking museum tour.

Life is passing by. Don’t waste a single day.
