Take the challenge

It’s the last few days before the election, 

and the start of our Thanksgiving Challenge on November 17th.

Every day I deal with people who are going to commit to eating right.

No alcohol, show up on time, do extra cardio, the list is endless.


I know a man, who for no reason, committed to eating healthier and not drinking alcohol. 

In a month he has dropped 13 pounds.

Yes, that’s radical but he needed to.

The last 5 pounds are the hardest.

Whatever you decide to do, don’t procrastinate – do it.
