What is Summer Sweat?


Summer Sweat is an outdoor, bootcamp style, group training experience sure to make you sweat!

WHERE: Southampton Track, located on Narrow Lane off Hampton Road

WHEN: Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 and 10 AM starting June 21st

WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable workout clothes and running shoes. Bring water, a small towel, and optional yoga mat/large towel to lay on.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Come ready to jog, run, sprint, and do drills on the outdoor track; use your surroundings for strength training exercises; work hard, have fun, and SWEAT! Each class will vary to keep participants feeling challanged and motivated.
