STOP.

I noticed this week that I was tired, eating more, and generally not as disciplined as I felt I wanted to be.

Every time a holiday comes around, we put pressure on ourselves to get into shape, to not overeat, so that we can then go and binge or such after the event.

I know for me, it’s not working. So, I woke up this morning and decided: no more pushing myself until after Thanksgiving.

I’m just going to do my exercise, eat the best I can, get sleep, laugh, smile, and be grateful.

Remind yourself that your exercise and eating is a way of life. If you want to make changes, exercise more, and just change your portions.

Don’t do it for some Thanksgiving dinner, do it because I want to.
