It seems like everyone is feeling a bit overwhelmed this week, it’s been a long one. Memorial Day is coming up quickly and we’re all feeling the pressure. But it’s important not to let it get to you and get stressed and eat more and exercise less. Try and stay positive and healthy by embracing the following:
Make healthy eating choices (ask us for advice if you need it.)
Be social, workout with a friend.
Go for a walk with your friend instead of meeting for lunch.
Take a walk outside while you’re on your business call, be active and get work done!
Turn off your phone at night and get a good rest.
Read a book before bed instead of watching TV.
Go to bed early and get up early, you’ll get more done.
