Don’t think that you can eat what you want and not exercise now and expect to be able to pick it up a couple weeks before you hit the beach. If you want to look your best for the summer start putting in the work now! Make healthy eating choices and most important, get your workouts in! Don’t think you’ll be able to skip the exercise and just drink juice and eat lettuce the first couple weeks of June. You’ll be tired and weak and we all know that hell hath no fury like a person starved!
