Set an Example for Your Kids

Healthier kids make healthier adults.
Lead by example, make time for exercise, even 30 minutes. Where there is a will, there is a way.  Everyone can find 10 min/3 day a day or 30 minutes at some point during the day – 3 times a week.
Take the stairs, walk instead of taxi.
If they see you exercise, it will become a way of life and second nature for them as become adults.
