We wake up every day with plans, goals, intentions, and responsibilities.
For our eating and exercises, some of us make plans and some don’t.
Either way, life has a strange way of creating unexpected chaos.
The key is how we handle it.
In my case, the unexpected chaos is when staff don’t show up for work or they are late.
For others, it can be much more traumatic.

Much like our eating and exercise, when it does not go as planned
(for whatever reason, you ate too much, drank too much, etc…) the success is being able to rein it in. Move on. Like I say, onwards and upwards!
