Be kind.

It’s funny how life brings out so many different sides of us. 

When we’re unhappy, angry, or upset we eat and/or drink more.

Some people eat less, very few exercise more (I know I do).

We say and do all sort of things..

Today, take a step back. No matter how you feel,

the two things you can do which will benefit you are:

Exercise and be kind.Try it.

Be kind to yourself and whoever else needs it.

Exercise, be kind and buy a friend a session too.

Small gestures go a long way.
