What is the Browning Method?
The Browning Method is about building muscle in places you don’t have muscle,
and burning fat in places you do have fat.
Years of experience in private training, and an impressive list of personal athletic accomplishments led MaryAnn to create the Browning Method, a unique, highly effective approach to fitness. Combining carefully calibrated exercise programs that build muscle in order to burn fat, and satisfying meal plans that emphasize eating smart over eating less less, the Browning method allows clients to work out harder than they ever dreamed possible, and to achieve results that far exceed their expectations while still managing to enjoy their life.
The Browning Method is not about extreme dieting, or exercising to the point of exhaustion. Instead, MaryAnn teaches her clients how to literally retrain their minds, and change the way they think about the food they eat, the water they drink, and the lifestyles they lead. In this way, clients can regain conscious control over their choices, and change their body shape for life, without every worrying again about that number on the scale again.

Combined with the right nutrition and cardio plan for you, the Browning Method will not only help to lose weight but to change your body shape. In the Browning Method we offer private personal training, triathlon and running programs, including swimming technique and long distance cycling. We also offer Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, assisted stretching, massage and all sport specific workouts including golf, tennis, squash, soccer, basketball and rugby. Additionally, we specialize in nutritional programs and coaching.

Pilates/Yoga Rates (with an Brownings Fitness Elite Instructor):
Brownings has its own private Pilates studio and Elite Pilates Instructors. Using the Cadillac, Reformer and Mat will build strength, flexibility and core strength. We offer Vinyasa, Hatha, YinYoga, Pre and post natal yoga.
10 sessions: $1200
Single sessions: $135 each
Increased flexibility aids posture, fitness performance and even mood. Most importantly stretching helps prevent injury and aids recovery. We recommend incorporating stretching into your fitness regimen.
25 min: $65

Brownings massage therapists offer several different modalities … swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, sports etc. Available at our Madison location or in your home. (Special prices for Brownings clients)

Cardio Membership Options
If you’re looking to boost your results with cardio on your off days, Brownings has a cardio membership option. Cardio membership requires a minimum of one private training session a week.

Training Membership Packages are based on a commitment to 8 or 12 sessions per month. Sessions cannot be rolled over, get ready for results!
